Job summary

Peatech Services LLC is offering an Engineering Intern position to support advanced additive manufacturing modeling teams in the US. You will work with physics solvers and the PeaSyn digital twin suite, focusing on WAAM modeling and simulation.

Eligible students pursuing BS/MS/PhD in engineering or CS will gain hands-on experience, mentorship from senior researchers, and exposure to industrial digital twin platforms, with flexible scheduling around academics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS/PhD in relevant engineering or CS field.
• Strong foundation in heat transfer and numerical methods (FEM/CFD).
• Basic scripting in Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Paid internship with flexible hours.
• Mentorship from advanced manufacturing researchers and senior software engineers.
• Hands-on experience with industrial digital twin software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine physics-based models for WAAM.
• Run simulations on peak thermal gradients and melt pool dynamics.
• Assist with database integration, sync processes, and data translation.
