Responsibilities

• Support engineering and operations teams in analyzing workflows, processes, and system performance.
• Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Help develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, reports, and visual tools that support project execution and decision-making.
• Participate in process improvement and problem‑solving initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and standardization.
• Observe and document current‑state processes, operational workflows, and cross‑functional handoffs.
• Support engineering projects through technical review, field verification, and coordination of project‑related tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and other cross‑functional partners to support project work and continuous improvement efforts.
• Present observations, analyses, and recommendations to team members and leadership as appropriate.
• Follow all applicable safety, quality, and workplace policies, practices, and procedures.
