You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment and contribute to efficiency, reliability, and standardization initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, collecting data, developing documentation, supporting cross-functional teams, and presenting observations to peers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with data collection, organization, and reporting using spreadsheets or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and operations teams in analyzing workflows, processes, and system performance.
• Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, reports, and visual tools to support project execution.
• Contribute to process improvement and problem-solving initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and standardization.
• Observe and document current-state processes and cross-functional handoffs.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and other partners to support project work and continuous improvement.
