Job summary

Williams Companies offers a multi-location engineering internship in Tulsa, OK; Houston, TX; Salt Lake City, UT and field sites. The 10–12 week program provides mentorship, hands-on project work, and exposure to core energy operations for rising seniors and master's students.

Eligible candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical, civil, electrical, environmental, energy, mechanical or petroleum engineering with a 2027+ graduation date.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with graduation date after 2027.
• Not eligible for sponsorship, OPT or CPT.
• Must relocate for the summer internship locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Williams core business and operating areas.
• Gather and analyze real-time data to identify efficiencies and asset maintenance.
• Contribute to major projects and capital expansions.
• Collaborate with teams across operating areas to achieve goals.
• Follow Williams Values; support a hybrid work schedule if available.
• Engage in additional duties as assigned.
