Flowserve Corporation invites undergraduates pursuing an engineering degree to join our Undergraduate Summer Internship program. You will contribute to design support, data analysis, documentation, testing, and project coordination in a hands-on environment.

Opportunities span engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and technical-support teams. A mentor will guide you, with emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate engineering degree with minimum GPA 3.2.
• Available for Summer internship May–August.
• Currently in junior or senior year of studies.

Responsibilities

• Support technical design and documentation, including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and ECOs.
• Collect and analyze data, review test results, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Assist labs, manufacturing, and shop-floor with testing, production support, time studies, mapping, andTracking.
• Contribute to quality, safety, root-cause problem solving, LEAN, and continuous improvement activities.
• Help ensure work meets engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, materials, project management, sales, suppliers and partners.
• Apply SQDCG principles and complete assigned work accurately, safely, and on time.
