Job summary

Hose Master LLC, a family-owned manufacturer in the USA, seeks an Engineering Intern to design, manufacture, and test products using CAD tools under mentorship. You will assist with production of custom designs, run prototypes, and contribute to large-scale engineering projects in a hands-on environment.

This role requires CAD experience, strong math and communication skills, and progress toward a technical engineering degree. High school diploma required; BS/Mechanical Eng Tech preferred.

Qualifications

• Cad experience (preferably a 3-D software package).
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Good math and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working towards a technical engineering degree (BSME or Mechanical Engineer Technology preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings.
• Determine labor estimates.
• Run prototype parts through manufacturing.
• Design components as needed.
• Work on assigned tasks related to large scale engineering projects.
• Complete small scale engineering projects independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
