Job summary

Hose Master, a family-owned leader in USA-made metal hose and expansion joints, invites an Engineering Intern to join our Cleveland headquarters. You will design, manufacture, and test products using engineering calculations, 3-D drawing software, and lab tools under a mentoring engineer.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings, estimating labor, prototyping parts, and independently handling small projects in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Cad experience with 3-D software preferred
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Strong math and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pursuing a technical engineering degree (BSME or Mechanical Engineer Technology preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings.
• Determine labor estimates.
• Run prototype parts through manufacturing.
• Design components as needed.
• Work on assigned tasks related to large scale engineering projects.
• Complete small scale engineering projects independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
