Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail oriented and analytical to review data and propose practical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work with others and be collaborative.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Presentation and facilitation skills are a plus.
Experience with 3D CAD modelling and engineering drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

Adheres to all safety requirements.
Assist in the design, development, and improvement of products and processes under the guidance of the engineering team.
Identify and solve equipment, product, or system issues, applying both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Work with production, quality, and maintenance to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
Coordinate prototype builds to support customer opportunities and business improvement projects.
Review test requirements and test setups with engineers.
Communicate results of technical inquiry to team members with documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
