This is a great opportunity for students interested in engineering, project management, and construction to gain real‑world experience in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
You’ll rotate through key phases of our process: Design, Manufacturing, and Field/Erection, learning how engineering concepts translate into real building solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Support project teams with design‑phase tasks such as submittal drawings, design approvals, reinforcement drawings, and metal detailing.
- Assist with manufacturing‑phase tasks including shop drawings, material coordination, production schedules, and quality checks.
- Help with field/erection tasks such as crane studies, rigging diagrams, shipping coordination, field manpower planning, and quality verifications.
- Participate in general project management activities including issue tracking, coordinating submittals, monitoring budgets/timelines, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with internal teams and project information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Students pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Management, etc.).
- Interest in engineering, construction, and project management.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a real‑world engineering environment.
Why This Internship?
- Exposure to the full design‑to‑installation lifecycle
- Hands‑on mentorship from engineering and project management professionals
- Real project experience supporting large‑scale architectural and structural systems
