Job summary

Major Tool & Machine (MTM) in Indianapolis offers Engineers in Training a rotational program across Operations and Engineering to gain broad experience. The objective is to graduate to full-time process engineering after rotation.

You'll work under various managers, follow SOPs/WIs, and contribute to Lean manufacturing across the rotations. A BS degree is required, with strong reading of blueprints and good communication skills; on-site work in Indiana is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong blueprint reading and computer skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be detail oriented with problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per jobs assigned in the rotational program.
• Complete all assignments, projects and training requirements as assigned.
• Complete overview presentations as scheduled of rotational assignment highlights.
