The ideal candidate brings extensive HR experience and a strong understanding of engineering environments, aimed at fostering innovation and support within the workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in an HRBP or HR leadership role.
• Experience supporting large, global technical teams (ideally 300+ employees).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering-driven organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to the VP of Engineering and their leadership team.
• Lead HR strategy and execution across engineering departments in the U.S., India, and other locations.
• Implement performance management, succession planning, and technical leadership development frameworks.
