Job summary

ECS Limited in Lubbock, TX, seeks an experienced engineering leader to serve as Group Manager for our local office. You will oversee multidisciplinary geotechnical and construction materials projects, lead staff, and drive business development.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and client relationships, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and delivery from proposal through project completion. A BS in Civil Engineering is required, with geotechnical focus; MS and PE preferred.
