Job summary

2K Games is launching its Engineering Graduate Program in 2027, with a 21‑month path across Dublin, Vancouver, and US offices. Participants rotate through Hangar 13, Visual Concepts, Firaxis, HB Studios, Gearbox, and more to contribute to AAA titles while learning core game-development skills.

You will code in C++, work with Unreal Engine, and engage in workshops and reviews. Graduates between Jan 2025 and Jul 2027 are invited to apply, with an onsite work model.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field completed between January 2025 and July 2027.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Unreal Engine (will be evaluated during assessment).
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams to build and support game features across our titles.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, primarily in C++ & in the Unreal Engine.
• Participate in instructor‑led group projects, technical workshops, and guided reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems across diverse engineering platforms and game engines.
• Adapt quickly to varied studio workflows, version control tools (e.g., Perforce), and game release timelines.
