Job summary

2K Engineering Graduate Program seeks recent graduates for a 21‑month program across Dublin, Vancouver and US offices. Foundation training, studio rotations, and direct contributions to AAA titles will occur across multiple studios.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, write C++ and Unreal Engine code, and participate in workshops while rotating through studios like Hangar 13, Visual Concepts, Firaxis and HB Studios.

Qualifications

• Graduated between January 2025 and July 2027 with a degree in a technical field.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Unreal Engine will be evaluated during the assessment process.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to build and support game features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C++ and Unreal Engine.
• Participate in instructor-led group projects and technical workshops.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems across engines and platforms.
• Adapt to varied studio workflows and version control (Perforce) and release timelines.
