IPC Foundry Group is seeking a hands-on fabricator to join the engineering department as the execution arm. This role builds, modifies, tests, and installs engineering designs on the production floor, reading prints, welding brackets, and solving real‑time fabrication challenges.
You will collaborate with engineers to clarify designs, flag practical issues before and during builds, and support root-cause troubleshooting to keep production moving.
