Job summary

Select Source International seeks an Engineering Technician for a 12+ month onsite assignment in New Berlin, WI. You will assist engineers with implementing and maintaining engineering procedures and document control, and help produce proposals and presentations using various equipment.

The role requires an associate degree in electrical, over 1 year of UL/CSA/IEC test experience on VFD products, knowledge of VFD design, and strong MS Office skills for reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Greater than 1 year of hands-on experience performing UL, CSA, and IEC compliance tests for drive (VFD) products.
• Working knowledge of variable frequency drive design and operation.
• Minimum of associate degree in electrical field, not interest in software, mechanical or business major.
• Proficiency in operating laboratory test equipment to obtain accurate measurements and interpret results effectively.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
