9 months with possible extension | Flexible first shift

Interview Process

A quick half hour one on one phone screen and then an hour long in-person interview.

Role

Join our R&D lab to design, test, and troubleshoot prototype electromechanical systems and power electronics. Work hands‑on with high-voltage systems (3‑phase 50V+), DMMs, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools in a dynamic, less‑structured environment.

"This will be more in a research and development lab, not a production lab. So, it’s less structured and requires a little bit higher safety skills and troubleshooting"

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with high-voltage electronics and 3‑phase systems
• Skilled with soldering, DMMs, oscilloscopes, and circuit troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and lab safety skills
• Technical school coursework (up to 1 year)
• 2-5+ years relevant experience
