Qualifications

• 4–7 years of program management, delivery, operations, or similar in a technical environment.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive execution in matrix environments.
• Experience designing and implementing learning and development programs or similar enablement efforts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-engineering program delivery: manage timelines, dependencies, communications, and outcomes.
• Design and operationalize learning and enablement programs for engineers and teams.
• Coordinate engineering-wide forums and rituals to maintain visibility and momentum.
• Drive process and operational improvements to reduce friction and improve consistency.
• Build reporting dashboards and metrics to give leadership clear sight lines into progress.
• Partner with recruiting and people teams on engineering talent initiatives.
• Support PDLC development with platform-specific operational support.
