Responsibilities

• Assign drafting resources to projects and manage group conflicts.
• Define scope and estimates for projects and ensure progress.
• Maintain group standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Support drawing releases, revisions, and product data management.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate group personnel; support training.
