Job summary

Musco's Product Development Team in Oskaloosa, IA seeks an Engineering Services Coordinator to manage engineering documents and bills of materials, ensuring accuracy for production builds and change implementation.

Responsibilities include coordinating document approvals, maintaining BOM data in the MRP, and ensuring alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and business requirements. Team collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related coursework in drafting, design, configuration management or similar fields.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering document control and coordinating with production.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical, structural, electrical and electronic products and components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documents and bill of materials in the MRP system.
• Maintain accurate build-to-order product configurator system.
• Coordinate the approval of engineering documents and bills of materials.
• Inform personnel of product changes and approvals through approvals of documents and BOMs.
• Check documents created by others for correctness and adherence to standard practices.
• Create new and revise existing documents and BOMs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
