Job summary

CT19, incorporated, a US technology company advancing laser-based uranium enrichment, is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the integration, testing and development of complex systems as it scales toward commercial operations.

You'll be hands-on, guiding multidisciplinary teams, making engineering decisions, and pushing experimental technology toward reliable, scalable deployment that could strengthen the US nuclear fuel supply chain for decades.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex engineering programmes.
• Strong technical foundation with proven leadership across design, fabrication, installation and testing.
• Experience with laser, vacuum, gas handling or related advanced engineering environments.
• Background in nuclear or uranium enrichment is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration, testing and development of complex engineering systems.
• Build and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams and establish execution processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance with hands-on technical involvement.
• Oversee engineering development, installation, commissioning and testing toward commercial deployment.
