Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience in multi-site or complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Establish standard engineering processes across all sites.
• Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Production teams.
