Job summary

Onward Search seeks a Director of Manufacturing Engineering in Rancho Cordova, CA for on-site, full-time leadership of process operations, driving hands-on improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience in process engineering with hands-on improvement involvement.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for process documentation and line layout design.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and SPC.
• Experience managing engineering teams, leading process reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
