Qualifications

• Lean methodology and AutoCAD experience.
• Experience directing root cause analysis activities, supporting process development and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project management leadership for complex technology deployments from planning to startup readiness.
• Lead and mentor engineering and technical professionals across projects and facilities.
• Direct implementation of new equipment and technology, including infrastructure and commissioning.
• Provide program management leadership with leading-edge technology vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean strategies aligned with safety, quality, delivery and cost.
