Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hospitality engineering experience, strong leadership and financial acumen, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with building systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, ROI analysis).
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the Engineering team.
• Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Develop and manage budgets; perform cost and ROI analysis.
• Oversee capital projects, renovations, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
