Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong electrical/electronics background with meaningful software experience.
- Experience taking complex products from development through production.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a smaller, hands-on organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Provide technical direction across electrical/electronics and software disciplines.
- Guide product development from concept through manufacturing.
- Manage engineering projects, priorities, and resources.
- Oversee verification, validation, and engineering processes.
- Drive sound configuration and development practices.
- Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, program management, and senior leadership.
