Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Eval Platform.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-team organization fostering technical excellence.
• Build and scale simulation and eval capabilities for rapid autonomy iteration.
• Own the autonomy evaluation platform and ensure it is reliable and trusted by leadership.
• Represent Eval Platform at the executive level, communicating tradeoffs and readiness.
