Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership and project management for commercial clients.
• Experience overseeing plans, permitting, schedules, and budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead business development and client leadership relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business development strategy for the practice and oversee engineers in plan development, permitting, and financial monitoring.
• Act as client leadership representative for GAI on major projects.
• Provide strategic direction, risk management, and mentoring to staff across the practice.
