Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead strategic oversight, capital planning, and execution for assets across all plant locations in Texas. This role ensures engineering activities align with operations, drives capital projects, and partners with vendors to optimize scope, cost, and performance.

The candidate will manage a team, report to executives, and develop scalable documentation and reporting to support growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering related field, or equivalent experience required. Masters degree preferred.
• 10 years experience in capital projects, engineering, manufacturing, industrial project management, or similar roles. Mining industry experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of onsite assets, automation controls, and process or reliability planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital budget and delivery of capital projects for the company while maintaining accountability for department.
• Oversee all engineering related activities for all plant locations.
• Act as liaison to Operational leadership ensuring plant equipment/assets perform as expected.
• Direct team members, coordinate between inter-company parties, identify roadblocks, and execute on strategy.
• Work with outside vendors to analyze scopes of work, ensure internal controls, and secure best pricing.
• Build scalable project documentation, modeling, or reporting for growth and transparency.
• Report capital expenditure budget metrics to executive team and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
