Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead Evergreen’s Engineering functions and partner with Novolex corporate teams. This role emphasizes using information management systems to standardize design, build, sold-order, and problem-solving cycles for packaging equipment.

You will guide cross-functional teams to develop and support market-required products and drive enterprise projects with machinery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate short- and long-term engineering strategies to meet performance targets.
• Reduce non-conformances and improve reliability and quality.
• Manage the engineering leadership team and budgets for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Field Service to deliver high-value equipment.
• Oversee Product Data Management and technical publications.
