Job summary

CreatorIQ Limited is seeking a Director of Engineering, Agentic AI and Architecture, a hands-on role reporting to the CTO. You will shape the Agentic AI architecture and wider platform architecture, drive modernization, ensure secure production deployment, and enable scalable velocity across CreatorIQ.

The role is remote and full-time, with travel to engineering hubs or customer sites (~10–20%). You will partner with CTO, Product, and Security to translate business needs into durable technical

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise designing scalable SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in software and systems architecture, balancing strategic decisions with hands-on execution.
• Experience delivering production AI systems with agent architecture, orchestration, retrieval patterns, evaluation, observability, guardrails.
• Proven ability to lead modernization and platform unification initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native, event-driven, and SOA patterns with disciplined standardization.
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI approaches and technologies for production readiness.
• Experience influencing senior engineers and cross-functional partners without formal people-management authority.
• Strong judgment on security, reliability, governance, data considerations, and responsible AI.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on, experimentation-oriented approach to scalable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture strategy across Agentic AI and the SaaS platform.
• Design architecture for agentic systems including orchestration and retrieval patterns.
• Create reference implementations for standardized enterprise adoption.
• Establish reusable patterns and foundations for AI-powered capabilities.
• Lead modernization and platform unification to reduce complexity and improve scalability.
• Evaluate infra options and drive selection and rollout with infra teams.
• Partner with CTO, Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security on durable architecture plans.
• Develop standards for testing, monitoring, and governing AI systems.
• Influence teams through architecture reviews and hands-on guidance.
• Identify opportunities where Agentic AI can enhance products and workflows.
