Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the engineering staff to develop a high-performing team.
• Support building operations through integrated facilities management and engineering.
• Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the engineering team.
• Manage the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to client facilities.
• Implement and manage computerized maintenance management systems.
• Administer the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program.
• Develop and implement training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements.
• Oversee the development and implementation of energy management programs.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Leading and supporting the engineering staff to develop a high-performing team
• Supporting building operations through integrated facilities management and engineering
• Developing and maintaining a strategic plan for the engineering team
• Managing the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams
• Identifying and mitigating risks to client facilities
• Implementing and managing computerized maintenance management systems
• Administering the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program
• Developing and implementing training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements

Desired Experience And Technical Skills -

Required:
