Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and materials for development officers.
• Provide administrative support including calendar management, document prep, and correspondence.
• Perform data entry and maintain donor/prospect data in Ascend on Salesforce.
• Process disbursement vouchers and travel reimbursements and monitor budgets.
• Plan and assist with donor-focused events and related guest lists and briefings.
• Support post-event activities including follow-up communications and event metrics.
