Duke Energy is seeking an Engineering Design Associate to support the engineering and construction planning process. You will perform design tool entry, manage work orders, and help maintain accurate data in the work management system while coordinating with Designers, schedulers, and field crews.

Candidates should have strong computer skills, effective written and verbal communication, and a willingness to learn. Hybrid work arrangement available with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Associate degree preferred; HS diploma with 2 years related experience accepted.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with work management systems and computer applications a plus.

Mansioni

• Enter and manage design tool data and work orders in the work management system.
• Coordinate with Designers, schedulers, and construction crews to support projects.
• Assist in preparing work orders, drawings, and notices and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support storm response, safety culture initiatives, and customer communications.
