Duke Energy Corporation is seeking an Engineering Design Associate to provide data entry for work management systems and general support to Designers within engineering and construction planning. Strong computer skills and independence in ECP tools are expected.

This role supports safety, reliability, storm restoration, and cost management while delivering quality customer service and collaborating with Designers, Schedulers, and C&M Specialists.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree or HS Diploma with relevant experience required.
• Experience with customer service and cross-functional collaboration preferred.
• Familiarity with design tools and enterprise software helpful.

Mansioni

• Provide design tool data entry and work management system support to Designers.
• Assist in preparation of work orders and coordination with Designers and management.
• Communicate with customers regarding project details and schedules.
• Support storm response and safety initiatives as needed.
