A Snapshot of Your Day

As a scheduler and planner for a large engineering organization designing and building custom turbo-machinery, your day begins with recognition from our Clients, Company, and Team as the person responsible for determining the best way to meet customer requirements given the available resources. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic, engaged, inventive, open, and collaborative team handling complex projects for custom engineered solutions in the transformation of the oil and gas industry.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  1. Strategic planning using slot planning for an engineering organization and customer orders of engineered products.
  2. Develop and maintain static and transient engineering projects to support throughput, backlog, and forecast, managing over 200 active projects with durations from months to years.
  3. Apply strong analytical skills to recognize, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems.
  4. Run multiple load scenarios to balance priorities, load, and time constraints.
  5. Interface with commercial, project management, product engineering, drafting, and manufacturing teams.
  6. Attend global and regional S&OP meetings, representing Product Engineering and drafting.
  7. Gather and analyze data to determine task durations, perform statistical analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
What You Bring
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of scheduling and planning experience in an engineering organization for custom engineered products.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and cloud platforms like SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with turbomachinery, such as compressors and turbines, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (5-15%).
