Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis roles.
• Proficient with SQL or similar database languages.
• Experience with large data sets from operational systems.
• Experience evaluating policy effects and informing policy development.
• Proficient in inferential statistics and predictive modeling concepts.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison and primary contact to internal and external stakeholders for reporting and compliance.
• Participates in establishing guidelines for information sources to ensure data quality and policy compliance.
• Provides analysis and consultation on administrative matters.
• Designs, collects, analyzes, and researches institutional data according to procedures.
• Prepares and disseminates institutional statistical reports to programs and leadership.
