Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, with Python, Power BI, and Excel expertise, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field related to software or engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills with ability to develop, troubleshoot and optimize solutions.
• Experience using Power BI (DAX/Power Query) and Excel to analyze and visualize data.
• Knowledge of statistics concepts and applying data to engineering problems.
• Familiarity with C, SQL, Git or other development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions and automation tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Design and implement data pipelines to collect, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI to support validation and decision-making.
• Program and integrate laboratory and test equipment to automate data collection and testing.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends and support engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers across NA and Europe on product development and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Python- and C-based applications while documenting processes and supporting manufacturing operations.
