Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in Plymouth, MI seeks a Data Analytics Intern to develop software tools and data pipelines, and to create dashboards using Power BI to support product validation and engineering decisions.

You'll work with North America and Europe teams, contribute to Python- and C-based applications, and help automate data collection and testing processes while applying statistical methods to real-world problems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with C, SQL, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions and automation tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Design and implement data pipelines to collect, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI to support decision-making.
• Program and integrate lab equipment while automating data collection and testing processes.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends and support engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers across North America and Europe on product development programs.
• Contribute to Python- and C-based applications and document processes.
