You will lead ontological framework development, standardize data structures, and transform data product workflows for scalability and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years in engineering, data management, or related field (or 10+ with advanced degree).
• Expertise in data strategy, ontological frameworks, and governance implementation.
• Travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of data strategy and governance within the Engineering Organization.
• Develop ontological frameworks to standardize data structures and relationships.
• Oversee data product creation processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Establish and lead Engineering Data Governance Network and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with enterprise data standards.
• Advise on emerging data technologies to keep RTX ahead in aerospace.
