Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in San Antonio, TX seeks an Engineering Coordinator to support the Product Engineering team, manufacturing, production, and engineering operations. You will coordinate change notices, BOMs, drawings, and ERP data while maintaining accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. An associate degree and 0-1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience; internship or co-op is a plus.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (lookups, filters, pivot tables).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process ECNs, maintain change documentation, and support change control activities.
• Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), item masters, and part numbers in ERP.
• Release engineering drawings and revisions, keeping manufacturing docs current and accurate.
• Track engineering deviations, compile status reports, and assist investigations related to BOM/drawing history.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, buyers, and production teams to implement changes.

What’s the Job?

• Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), maintain change documentation, and support change control activities.
• Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), item masters, and part numbers within ERP systems.
• Release engineering drawings and revisions while ensuring manufacturing documentation remains current and accurate.
• Track engineering deviations, compile status reports, and support investigations related to BOM, drawing, and revision history.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, buyers, and production teams to ensure engineering changes are implemented successfully.
