Job summary

Abbott is offering a 6-8 month co-op program giving engineering students hands-on experience through meaningful projects across divisions such as Structural Heart, Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, Heart Failure, Diagnostics, Regulatory Affairs, Biology, and Life Sciences. You will support Abbott's healthcare technologies and solutions in medical devices, diagnostics, and related healthcare businesses.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate engineering program.
• Engineering studies in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) onsite during the Co-op session.
• Students must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Junior status students preferred.
