The role offers mentorship from experienced engineers, hands-on lab setup, and exposure to customer applications across multiple industries, with a structured work plan and an assigned work coach

Formación

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers, Inside Sales, and Account Manager with technical questions.
• Act as a technical phone support representative, providing basic application assistance.
• Develop step-by-step procedure guides for customers and internal use.
• Assist Engineering team with lab equipment setup for customer workshops and seminars.
• Support engineers with project work as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
