Job summary

Flexco is seeking a detail-oriented engineering intern to gain hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering on an on-site campus in Wilder Center, Michigan. You will support engineering teams by investigating manufacturing problems and proposing solutions, while learning ISO design and development processes.

The internship offers a structured program with professional growth discussions, exposure to multiple departments, and hands-on CAD/ SolidWorks experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong technology skills and proficiency with design tools (SolidWorks/CAD).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering departments by investigating manufacturing problems and implementing solutions.
• Learn ISO design and development processes and utilize SolidWorks/CAD in daily work.

The chosen candidate would support our Engineering departments by helping investigate manufacturing problems and implementing solutions, learning ISO design and development process, using SolidWorks/CAD programs and more!

Job Requirements:

1. Available to work 40 hours/week onsite
2. Must be currently attending college
