Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a motivated college student for a Co-op position in North Carolina. You will design and develop automation and electrical control systems, interfacing with process lines, manufacturing equipment and sensors, under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Full-time student status in a technical Bachelor's program.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation systems.
• Travel to client plants to assess and document existing systems.
• Define control schemes using P&ID, I/O Lists, and Process Descriptions.
• Network customer systems, controllers, HMIs, and field devices to deliver integrated control.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients in a team setting.
• Grow into leading a team of engineers and technicians.
• Provide clients with real-time, actionable information reports.
