A leading biotechnology company in New Albany, OH is seeking an Undergraduate Co-op in Operations, running from May 2026 to May 2027. This part-time role offers students the chance to gain hands-on industry experience while contributing to packaging line commercial support and engaging in professional development opportunities. Candidates should be enrolled in an Associate’s Degree program and be authorized to work in the U.S. The role provides a competitive hourly pay range of $24.70-$28.30.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Associate’s Degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship.
• Must be located in the U.S. for the duration of the co-op.

Responsibilities

• Support new packaging lines with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Identify problems, measure current state, and implement solutions.
• Network with colleagues and access Employee Resource Groups.
