Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Glens Falls, NY is seeking an Engineering Co-op (January–May 2027) in Maintenance to work with senior engineers on product integration, process development, validations, and cost-benefit analyses.

You will join a team of about 30 engineers and technicians, collaborating with Quality, Planning and Sourcing; this internship offers hands-on medical device industry experience at a large healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with junior standing and a 3.0+ GPA.
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD experience (SolidWorks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support device qualification activities for the Glens Falls facility.
• Conduct time studies and labor standards analysis.
• Assist with process development, validations, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning and sourcing teams.
