Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program at an accredited university.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Willing to engage in hands-on manufacturing process improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes and resolve production issues.
• Develop and implement standards for process equipment, tooling, and methods.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma tools for daily problem solving and improvement.
• Assist in planning workflows, equipment layout, and space utilization.
• Support quality and reliability data recording and reporting.
• Participate in project engineering for equipment, tooling, and materials.
• Attend regular engineering meetings.
