Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited engineering program with junior standing or higher.
• Pursuing Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Materials, or Chemical/biological sciences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects from concept to implementation.
• Assist with product and process design improvements.
• Conduct testing, data collection, and analysis.
• Create and update engineering docs and specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges.
• Present project updates to engineering and operations teams.
