Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Ability to relocate.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in a full-time engineering Bachelor's Degree program (12 semester/credit hours) at a four-year university.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time (40 hours per week) alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects.
• Support Timken's products, manufacturing operations, and customers worldwide.
• Gain exposure to Manufacturing Engineering, Sales Engineering, and general design/engineering disciplines.
• Participate in professional development activities and cross-functional team settings.
